SCHEDULING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

For your first appointment, we strongly recommend that you arrive early, as you will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire about your general health (if you haven’t already done so online). It’s very important to answer all the questions correctly, and to inform your dentist of any special health concerns you may have, such as allergies, current medications and previous surgeries.

Don’t hesitate to mention any details that could help the dentist and his team get to know you better and offer you a service tailored to your needs.

For example, if you

• if you’re nervous or anxious
• if you’ve already had a bad experience at a dental clinic;
• if certain restrictions apply to your appointments (duration, stretching if the mouth remains open too long, pain from cold on certain teeth, etc.);
• if you need specific information (X-rays, choice of treatments, etc.);
